Life changing

I’ve made some very significant life changing decisions recently. I suppose it is what happens when you reach the age I am, you start moulding your future for yourself. It’s no longer sorted for me by my school or my mum. It’s like I’ve come of age and am now allowed to decide my own future and steer its direction.

I suppose it all started towards the end of last year when I laid out plans for university and the subject I would study knowing that it would affect me for the rest of my life. That was the first major decision.

The second major decision also came towards the end of last year. I found the lovely Mr. Richards. I felt ready and able to commit to a relationship that would continue far beyond the confines of my immediate life.

It’s just a very odd thought to think that in the space of a year i’ve gone from being someone without a plan and clueless about my future and turned in to someone that feels completely secure in his relationship and has the framework set in place for a hopefully stimulating and propsperous (no, not in that sense) career.
